The Last Hurrah helps you plan your own send-off and store related documents and memories. By using it you agree to these terms.

Important: The Last Hurrah is a planning and storage tool, not a law firm, and nothing here is legal, medical, or financial advice. Uploading a will to the Vault does not make it valid — wills, advance directives, and powers of attorney have execution requirements (witnesses, notarization, and so on) that vary by state and country. Please work with a qualified professional to make your documents legally effective, then store them here so your people can find them.
Your content
You own what you upload and must have the right to upload it. Don’t upload unlawful content, content that infringes others’ rights, or anything abusive or harassing. We may remove content that violates these terms and may suspend accounts that do so repeatedly. Guest contributors own their contributions; the account owner may hide or the contributor may request removal of them.
The memorial protocol
Declaring a memorial is reserved for the moment of a person’s death and unlocks their sealed letters and public memorial page. False declarations are a serious misuse of the service; the 24-hour undo window and owner notification exist to correct mistakes, and abuse may result in account termination.
The service
The service is provided “as is,” free of charge, without warranties. We work hard to keep your data safe and available, but you should keep originals of critical legal documents outside this service too. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.
